Registration

After March 31, you may register at the conference. Staff will be on hand to process your registration quickly and efficiently and get you on your way to enjoy the conference.

Registration Amenities

Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, and printing costs. Registration fees do not cover sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. NCSM sponsor partners supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last. Please note, registration fees do not cover the cost to attend the NCTM Research Pre-sessions, Exposition, or Annual Meeting sessions. Be sure to arrange for these events separately through NCTM.

One-Day Registration. A one-day registration fee is available this year. You may register for Monday only, Tuesday only, or Wednesday only.

Late Registration. Late registration must take place on site. Any registration received in the NCSM Office office by email, fax, or mail after March 25, 2009 will be assessed the late registration fee.

Purchase Orders. Please note, for the convenience of attendees, NCSM is accepting purchase orders. This option is open to those who are certain payments will be received in the NCSM Office office by April 13, 2009. If payments are not received by April 13, 2009 NCSM Office will accept an alternative form of payment onsite at the conference.

Payment Options. Payment for registration or dues may be made by check, cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover Card, or purchase order. If purchase order payments cannot be delivered to NCSM Office by April 13, 2009, please select another form of payment.

Conference Function Tickets

Please request tickets only to the functions you will attend. Tickets to each function are limited and are not guaranteed to all who register in advance.

If you receive a ticket to a function that you decide not to use, please return it to the on-site Registration Desk as early as possible prior to the function.

Cancellations

Notify NCSM Office at (303) 758-9611 immediately if you must cancel your conference registration. Cancellations called, faxed, or e-mailed in and/or postmarked March 25, 2009 or prior, will be eligible for a registration fee refund, less 25%. Memberships cannot be cancelled and membership dues are not refunded.

On Site Registration and Check-In

Conference Material Distribution. All conference materials, including conference name badge, bags, program book, and tickets will be distributed on site.

Advance Registration Check-In. If you pre-registered, bring your registration confirmation letter to pick up your conference materials at the registration booths in the Walter E. Washington Convention Center on Sunday, April 19, 2009, 4:00pm - 7:00pm.
