Wyndham Jade is the housing reservation center for both the 2012 NCSM and NCTM conferences.

Designated Conference Hotels. NCSM has reserved a block of sleeping rooms in Philadelphia at Loews Philadelphia Hotel and the Philadelphia Marriott Downtown Hotel. Hotels fill up quickly, so make your reservation early. Hotel rooms will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. The block of rooms will be held until filled or until February 28, 2012, whichever comes first.

Don't Go Around the Block. For 2012, NCSM has contracted with the finest convention hotels in Philadelphia. A sufficient number of guest rooms and great rates have been negotiated for our attendees. Please keep in mind that if NCSM does not fulfill its contractual obligations with these hotels, the organization will be required to pay significant financial penalties. Please support NCSM by making your reservation through the NCSM/NCTM Housing Reservation Center at one of the official NCSM conference hotels.

Hotel Reservations

Hotel Room Rates. Please check the housing form or housing reservation site for specific rates at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel and Philadelphia Marriott Downtown hotels.

Hotel Reservation Deadline. You must book your room by February 28, 2012 through the NCSM/NCTM Housing Reservation Center.

Reserve Hotel Room by Mail or Fax or Email. To make your hotel reservation via fax, mail or email, download and complete the printable form and return it by:

Reserve Hotel Room by Phone. To make your hotel reservation by phone, call the appropriate number below. The Center is opened from Monday through Friday from 8:00 am-6:30 pm CT.

Payment Information

All Hotel Reservations Must Be Guaranteed. No reservation will be taken without a guarantee. You may guarantee your reservation with a major credit card, or you may send in a check made payable to NCSM/NCTM Annual 2012 Housing covering the hotel's first night room and tax. Credit cards used for guarantee will be charged after March 28, 2012. Debit cards are discouraged for guarantee to avoid potential overdraft charges due to the timing of the guarantee being charged. Purchase orders will not be accepted.

Be Sure to Check In When Scheduled. If you do not check in on your scheduled arrival date, your credit card will be charged, any deposit will be forfeited, and your reservation will be cancelled. Please check your confirmation for your hotel's cancellation policy.

Adjusting Your Reservation. Should you need to adjust or cancel your reservation, please contact the NCSM/NCTM Housing Reservation Center no later than April 16, 2012, 5pm CDT. If you have a last minute change after this date, you will need to call the hotel directly.
