JW Marriott Indianapolis
Indianapolis Marriott Downtown
Receptions and Meal Functions
There is no charge for sponsored functions. These functions are offered through the generosity of our sponsor partners. We are able to offer the following meal functions during this year's conference.
|Monday:||Continental Breakfast (open to all-no ticket required), Box Lunch and Reception|
|Tuesday:||Breakfast, Luncheon, and Reception|
|Wednesday:||Breakfast and Luncheon|
Tickets. Tickets to each function are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with conference registration. To avoid disappointment, be sure to register and request your function tickets early. Guest tickets are not available at any time. Only those who are fully registered for the conference are eligible to receive the free tickets for the sponsored events. If you do not receive a ticket for an event you would like to attend, check the program book at the conference for details on waiting line procedures.
Please request tickets only to the functions you will attend. If your plans change and you have a ticket you are unable to use, please return it to the on-site registration booth as soon as possible so that we can accommodate others who would like to attend. We appreciate your cooperation in making these functions run smoothly. Learn more by viewing the FAQ: Understanding Meal Function Procedures at the NCSM Annual Conference.
Location. NCSM Annual Conference activities and events in Indianapolis will be held at both the JW Marriott and the Marriott Downtown. The two hotels are about a block apart with covered walkways between them. See address above.
Seating. Seating at all sessions is on a first-come, first-seated basis, so be sure to have alternate sessions in mind for all time slots. Note: Because of fire codes, no one will be allowed to remain in a session unless a seat is available.
Updates. Information on our website will be updated as new information becomes available. Session times and locations will be posted in early January 2011. A program book, including the most current session descriptions, will be distributed to attendees on site at check-in and registration.
NCSM is committed to ensuring that our Annual Conference is fully accessible to all persons. If you require an interpreter or special services that are described under the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act), please contact our staff (see For More Information) by March 18, 2011. After this date, requests for services cannot be guaranteed, although every effort will be made to accommodate requests. Please identify the service you require and include your name, address, phone number and email address.
Volunteers Needed On-Site
Denise Walston, the Volunteer Recruitment and Management Chair and NCSM 2nd Vice President, recruits and works with volunteers who want to assist in Annual Conference activities. Volunteer today and join other attendees in helping the conference run smoothly.
