If you still want to register for the Annual Conference, we will gladly register you on site. You may download and complete the printable form. Please bring it with you, and plan to register at the JW Marriott, Indianapolis IN, beginning Sunday, April 10 at 2:00 pm and ending Wednesday at 10:30 am. Pre-registered for the Conference?

All conference materials, including conference badge and tickets, will be distributed on-site, beginning on Sunday afternoon. Bring your confirmation letter or picture ID to pick up your conference materials at the conference registration booth on the second floor of the JW Marriott Hotel.

Registration Amenities

Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, operations, and printing costs. Registration fees do not cover sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. NCSM sponsor partners supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last. Please note, registration fees do not cover the cost to attend the NCTM Research Presession, Exposition, or Annual Meeting sessions. Be sure to arrange for these events separately through NCTM.

Function Tickets

Through the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to offer several meal functions during the conference. Tickets to each function are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with conference registration. To avoid disappointment, be sure to register and request your function tickets early. If you do not receive a ticket for an event you would like to attend, check the program book at the conference for details on waiting line procedures.

Please request tickets only to the functions you will attend. If your plans change and you have a ticket you are unable to use, please return it to the on-site registration booth as soon as possible, so that we can accommodate others who would like to attend. We appreciate your cooperation in making these functions run smoothly.

Payment Options

Conference registration and membership dues may be paid by check, cash, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Purchase orders will be accepted for conference registration only (no dues may be paid by P.O.), with a valid P.O. number included on the registration form. Please note that payment is due in full by March 25, 2011, and that an invoice will NOT be sent.

Cancellations

If you must cancel your conference registration, please notify NCSM Office immediately. Cancellations must be made in writing (either electronically or by mail) by March 18, 2011 to be eligible for registration fee refund, less 25%. Memberships cannot be cancelled, and membership dues are not refundable.

Membership Information

Keep your membership current by completing your renewal along with your conference registration. If your NCSM membership expires before April 30, 2011 (check your mailing label), you must renew in order to register for the conference at the discounted member rate.

Non-members may join NCSM by completing the membership form and mailing it with your conference registration. Doing so qualifies you to register for the conference at the discounted member rate and start enjoying the benefits of NCSM membership.
