Pre-registered for the Conference?
All conference materials, including conference badge and tickets, will be distributed on-site, beginning on Sunday afternoon. Bring your confirmation letter or picture ID to pick up your conference materials at the conference registration booth in the Hilton Riverside Conference Center Lobby Area.
Other Registration Information
One-Day Registration. For those unable to attend the full conference, we are pleased to offer the option of a single-day registration for any of the three days of the conference. See registration form for details.
Late Registration. March 17, 2014 is the deadline for advance registration. After the deadline, all registrations MUST be processed on-site.
Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, operations, and printing costs. Registration fees do not cover sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. NCSM sponsors supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last.
Through the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to offer several meal functions during the conference. Tickets to each function are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with conference registration. To avoid disappointment, be sure to register and request your function tickets early. If you do not receive a ticket for an event you would like to attend, check the program book at the conference for details on waiting line procedures.
Please request tickets only to the functions you will attend. If your plans change and you have a ticket you are unable to use, please return it to the on-site registration booth as soon as possible, so that we can accommodate others who would like to attend. We appreciate your cooperation in making these functions run smoothly.
Conference registration and membership dues may be paid by check, cash, Discover, MasterCard or Visa. Purchase orders will be accepted for conference registration only (no dues may be paid by P.O.), with a valid P.O. number included on the registration form. Please note that payment is due in full by March 17, 2014, and that an invoice will NOT be sent. Do NOT send personal information through email.
If you must cancel your conference registration, please notify NCSM Member and Conference Services immediately. Cancellations must be made in writing (either electronically or by mail) by March 18, 2013 to be eligible for registration fee refund, less 25%. Memberships cannot be cancelled, and membership dues are not refundable.
Keep your membership current by completing your renewal along with your conference registration. If your NCSM membership expires before April 30, 2014, you must renew in order to register for the conference at the discounted member rate.
