Registration Confirmation

A registration confirmation notice will be sent to you via email.

On-Site Registration and Check-In

Conference Material Distribution. All conference materials, including conference name badge, bags, program book, and tickets will be distributed on site.

Advance Registration and Check-In. If you pre-register, bring your confirmation letter or picture ID to pick up your conference materials at the conference registration booth at the Manchester Grand Hyatt Hotel, San Diego.

Other Registration Details

One-Day Registration. For those unable to attend the full conference, we are pleased to offer the option of a single-day registration for any of the three days of the conference. See registration form for details.

Late Registration. March 26, 2010 is the deadline for advance registration. Any registration not postmarked (or received electronically or via fax) by this date will be assessed the late registration fee, which will be collected on-site.

Registration Amenities

Registration fees pay for facility rental, equipment, operations, and printing costs. Registration fees do not cover sponsor-provided functions, conference bags, neck wallets, and conference mugs. NCSM sponsor partners supply these at no charge while seats/quantities last. Please note, registration fees do not cover the cost to attend the NCTM Research Pre-sessions, Exposition, or Annual Meeting sessions. Be sure to arrange for these events separately through NCTM.

Function Tickets

Through the generosity of our sponsors, we are able to offer several meal functions during the conference. Tickets to each function are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis with conference registration. To avoid disappointment, be sure to register and request your function tickets early.

Please request tickets ONLY to the functions you will attend. We always have waiting lists for functions, so if your plans change and you have a ticket you are unable to use, please return it to the on-site registration booth as soon as possible. We appreciate your cooperation in making these functions run smoothly.

Payment Options

Conference registration and membership dues may be paid by check, cash, MasterCard, Discover Card, or VISA. Purchase orders will be accepted for registration only with a valid P.O. number included on your registration form. (NOTE: payment is due in full by April 1, 2010; an invoice will NOT be sent; no dues may be paid by P.O.)


If you must cancel your conference registration, please notify NCSM Office immediately. Cancellations must be made in writing (either electronically or by mail) by March 26, 2010 to be eligible for registration fee refund, less 25%. Memberships cannot be cancelled, and membership dues are not refundable.
