Each year, nomination forms can be downloaded or you may nominate someone (or yourself) online. Forms will also be available at the annual conference site, the year of voting. All nominations are due by May 15, the year of voting.

If you are running for a position or nominating someone for a position, please note the eligibility requirements. According to the NCSM Constitution, Article V, Section 4, "A candidate for any office shall have been a member of NCSM in good standing for at least the previous year before being placed in nomination."
