Hotel Reservation Information

The host hotel for NCSM’s 56th Annual Conference is the Hilton Chicago. Attendees are responsible for managing hotel reservations. A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. Please contact the hotel directly to book, modify, or cancel hotel reservations.

Group Rate:

The NCSM group block is available to book via the Hilton link until August 30, 2024 or the block is sold out.

Please note: NCSM only uses the Passkey reservations link for our hotel block. We do not contact speakers or registered attendees via telephone to solicit conference housing. If you receive a phone call from Elite Housing Services, Exhibition Housing Services, or any other official-sounding convention housing agency claiming to be able to provide you with a hotel room, they are NOT affiliated with NCSM.
